What To Expect From Your Free Consultation

Your Free Consultation with Thomas "Toby" Shanner will be approximately 30 minutes long and will go over the debt relief options available for your specific situation. Since everyone's finances are different, Toby will ask you questions about your current income, expenses, mortgage payments, car payments, and estimated assets that you have. Be prepared to have an open an honest confidential conversation with him about these things and he can give you the best direction for your financial situation.

If you want your appointment to be the most efficient use of your time and get detailed information as to if you qualify for debt relief, please bring with you the following documents if you have them.

  • most recently filed federal tax return
  • employment paystubs (6 months is preferred but 60 days or most recent works for first consultation)
  • if self employed, profit and loss, or some method of bookkeeping that we could review for how much money you earn
  • list of debts/creditors
  • any lawsuits in the last year in which you are named
  • mortgage statements
These items are not required for your meeting with Toby Shanner, however, if you have them, they might help you get the most out of your consultation.

Please arrive at our office, located at 7851 Mission Center Crt., Ste. 208, San Diego, CA 92108, about 5 minutes before your appointment. We look forward to working with you in the near future!
